Nurse Gwenny’s Refund Guide

We want you grinning ear-to-ear with every book, sticker, or course you snag from us.
Here’s how we handle “oops, this isn’t quite right” moments:

Books & Swag

• Books: Not vibing with your new read? Within 30 days, send it back in excellent condition and we’ll happily refund the original purchase price to your payment method.

• Shipping back: Your return trip to our PO Box (Nurse Gwenny, PO Box 1045, Platte City, MO 64079) is on you.

• Stickers & other swag: We love them, but they’re final-sale only—no refunds, sorry!

Individual Courses

• You’ve got 7 days to decide.

• Full refund or swap— as long as you haven’t completed any courses that trigger a completion certificate showing CNEs.

• Once the exam or certificate is done, the accreditation gears are turning and we can’t rewind.

Library Memberships

• Cancel within 14 days if you’ve completed 3 or fewer contact hours and get a full refund.

• Over 3 hours? We will cancel the membership so it won’t auto-renew next year.

• Used a discount on to purchase and then cancel? We’ll simply charge you the normal (non-member) price for those goodies and refund the difference.

Course Bundles & Certification Reviews

• Within 14 days and fewer than 3 courses completed?
  Refund or exchange—your pick.

• Need a different learning path? Our Team can help you swap to the right bundle.

Third-Party Courses

• Bought through one of our partner providers? Their house, their rules—please contact the company listed in the course summary for any refunds.
